This beautiful wall sconce works well in any wall application, including living rooms, bedrooms, beside fireplaces, hallways, and some vanity applications. Looks best when placed 6ft - 7ft above the floor. Glass diffuses light evenly when using frosted/white incandescent bulbs (not included) and creates a nice ambiance when dimmed. Will support A19 sized Compact Fluorescent medium base bulbs (CFL). Glass does not have to be removed for bulb replacement.
