This excellent 3-light island lighting fixture is most commonly used over kitchen islands or free-standing counter tops. It can It fits well over square, rectangular, or round tables. It is large enough for a formal dining room and small enough for a nook area. Looks best when hung 30" above a standard countertop with a height of 3ft (36"). Fixture includes (5) 12" stem-rods for a total of 88" in length. Glass diffuses light evenly when using frosted/white incandescent bulbs (not included) and creates a nice ambiance when dimmed. Will support A19 sized Compact Fluorescent medium base bulbs (CFL), however note that bulbs will be visible. Every Murray Feiss product includes installation instructions for installation on existing house outlet/junction box.
